In this project, I have got the opportunity to work on Master Plan Design, which include the total site planning as well as design of all the site components like street lights, dust bins, signages etc. and design of the 5 different typologies of villa units.
For Type B&C Villas, a Water Fountain & a vegetable garden pocket is provided on either sides of each villa so that it acts both as a boundary as well as add function and aesthetics to the space.
